Wanted Teacher for Drama and Roleplays in English/Telugu/Hindi

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join our primary school faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, phonics, and grammar to students from Grades 1 to 5. The teacher will create an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Develop students’ literacy skills through phonics, reading comprehension, vocabulary building, grammar, and creative writing.
• Use storytelling, role-play, group reading, and interactive activities to encourage language development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and participation.
• Regularly assess and monitor students’ progress through classwork, assignments, and formal assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents during meetings and through reports.
• Support differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning needs and abilities.
• Organize and participate in school events, language week celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain proper classroom discipline and ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, assessments, and co-curricular projects.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development programs, and parent-teacher conferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in English / Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in primary grades (1 to 5) is an advantage.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
• Familiarity with phonics, storytelling techniques, and interactive learning methods.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude toward children.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate digital tools into teaching.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
