Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Provide product/service-related information with clarity.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal communication in
English

Willing to work in
night shifts
or
rotational shifts
.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Graduation preferred (Undergraduates with good communication may apply).
Experience in BPO/Call Center is a plus, but
freshers are welcome

Night Shifts /UK Shifts
5 Days Working (2 rotational offs)
