Happiest Minds is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in volume hiring for Data Engineering roles , with a strong understanding of the IT hiring lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Engineering roles and other related IT positions. Drive volume hiring initiatives to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies. Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards for effective tracking and reporting. Required Skills: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in IT recruitment , with a strong focus on volume hiring . Hands-on experience hiring for Data Engineering profiles (e.g., Data Engineers, Big Data Developers, ETL Developers, etc.). Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs. Good to Have: Exposure to recruitment in product-based or digital transformation companies. Understanding of current market trends in data engineering and analytics hiring.
