Empowering Tomorrow is seeking an Outreach Manager to be the face of our mission with educational institutions. This role is ideal for someone committed to sustainability, skilled in coordination, and fluent in Marathi or Hindi for effective communication with schools.

Responsibilities:

• Volunteer for school outreach programmes of Empowering Tomorrow conducted in your locality.
• Serve as the first point of contact between schools and Empowering Tomorrow, fostering partnerships and managing relationships.

• Coordinate all pre- and post-workshop documentation to ensure organized records and streamlined processes.
• Manage Empowering Tomorrow's workshop calendar, optimizing schedules to maximize outreach and ensure the organization reaches as many schools as possible.
• Facilitate communication with outreach volunteers, keeping them informed of their roles and workshop schedules.
• Coordinating schedules with schools and aligning it with outreach volunteers’ availability.
• Manage social media posts related to school workshops, contributing to Empowering Tomorrow’s online presence and community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with experience in scheduling and communication preferred.
• Proficiency in Marathi or Hindi to facilitate clear and effective communication with local schools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Social media management experience is a plus.
