You will be working with internal teams, as well as external partners, to create cohesive UX designs, strategy and compelling UI visuals. You will report to our Digital Manager and will work closely with product managers, product owners, data engineers, full stack developers, BI developers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Create highly useable, visually stunning, and fun-to-use UI designs for our internal and off-the-shelf Web applications (internal web app, BI dashboards) aligned with our business needs Work closely with all stakeholders, including user and the teams (full stack devs, BI devs, etc.) to challenge and gather needs/requirements Visualize, propose, and present creative design concepts in a variety of visual styles. Conduct user tests and interviews to validate designs. Generate UI assets and work with developers to implement and validate specifications (html, css). Leverage, feed and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands. Be a UI/UX subject matter expert within your discipline, advocate for new guidelines and libraries. Extremely autonomous and strategic Expertise in usability and user-centered design practices. Portfolio demonstrating in-depth UI/UX design examples and processes. Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred. Experience with UX research tools an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, etc.).
