Visual Designer

Techoftheday is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, talented, and creative Visual Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of visual assets that strengthen our brand identity and support our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and transform them into impactful, visually engaging designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design captivating social media graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others
• Develop brand assets including logos, color palettes, and typography
• Create packaging designs that are functional and aligned with our brand identity
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to understand project goals and requirements
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
• Use design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals
• Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback
• Ensure all final designs comply with brand guidelines and technical specifications

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Visual Graphic Designer or in a related role
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including branding, packaging, and social media graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with AI-based design tools and Generative AI
• Solid understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure

Bonus Points:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation
• Knowledge of best practices in social media marketing
