Senior Powerpoint Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior PowerPoint Specialist to design, create, and enhance professional presentations that effectively communicate business ideas, concepts, and strategies. This role requires the ability to translate complex data and input from cross-functional teams into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations aligned with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities Analyze and convert raw content into visually appealing and easy-to-follow PowerPoint slides. Create presentations that communicate complex business concepts clearly and effectively. Maintain and evolve the companys core design system — fonts, colors, templates, logos, and styles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their vision and enhance their content using design best practices. Ensure all presentations are error-free, brand-compliant, and meet high-quality standards. Develop scalable and reusable slide templates for consistent use across teams. Adapt content across various platforms including PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote. Work with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create custom graphics and assets. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines. Required Skills & Knowledge Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint . Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign , or Figma . Strong understanding of visual storytelling and data visualization. Ability to create visually engaging, brand-aligned, and interactive presentations. Strong attention to detail and design consistency. Awareness of current presentation design trends and best practices. Strong time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for leadership, sales, or investor presentations. Familiarity with interactive presentation techniques. Background in marketing, branding, or creative services is a plus.
