🎥 Video Editor + Videographer ~ Responsibilities:

> Film BTS, interviews, reels, brand stories & ad creatives

> Edit with trendy pacing, overlays & music

> Repurpose long-form into high-impact short-form

> Collaborate on visual direction & storyboarding

> Organize and manage raw + final footage

> 2 to 3 years of experience

> Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.

> Strong portfolio , social-first mindset (esp. 9:16 formats)

Bonus: Drone or photography skills

Creative Director ~ Responsibilities:

> Lead content strategy across multiple verticals

> Ideate campaigns for Reels, Shorts, Podcasts, Blogs & Ads

> Work with the founder to turn ideas into compelling content

> Build content calendars & cross-platform narratives

> 3-5 years of experience

> Collaborate with editors, designers & videographers

> Strong portfolio of brand/viral content

> Deep knowledge of IG, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn trends

> Experience with performance storytelling (UGC, CTAs, hooks)

Bonus: Agency or media startup experience

Social Media Manager ~ Responsibilities:

> Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

Write engaging captions, hooks, and repurpose content into tweets, carousels, threads

> Coordinate with design/video teams for asset delivery

> Monitor insights and optimize posting time and format

> Manage community interaction (DMs, comments, reposts)

> Keep a pulse on social trends and apply them to content themes

> Hands-on experience growing brand or creator accounts

> Strong copywriting + visual content judgment

> Familiarity with tools like Notion, Later, Buffer, Canva, or Metricool

Self-starter, organized, and efficient with deadlines
