We’re looking for a creative beast with fast fingers and a sharp eye – someone who can turn raw footage into fire content and make our Web3 events pop on Instagram, X, YouTube, and beyond. If you’re the kind of person who watches an event reel and immediately says “I could’ve made that better,” this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture, edit, and deliver high-energy reels, aftermovies, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content for IBT (10-city tour) and Metamorphosis

• Collaborate with the social media and PR teams to create viral content that drives ticket sales and brand buzz

• Maintain a content pipeline pre, during, and post events – speed is key!

• Help define the visual tone of India’s largest Web3 events

• Contribute creative ideas to shape storytelling around emerging tech, communities, and culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut etc.)

• Ability to shoot short-form content with phone/gimbal is a big plus

• Social-first thinking – you know what works on Reels, X, and YouTube Shorts

• Strong grasp of pacing, transitions, sound design, and storytelling

• A portfolio of high-impact, short-form content (event edits are a bonus)

• Someone who lives for deadlines and thrives in chaos (we’re on tour, after all)
