Key Responsibilities: Shoot, edit, and produce high-definition videos for government campaigns, events & digital platforms Create engaging audio-visual content with motion graphics and sound Design support graphics, thumbnails, and social media creatives when needed Ensure quick turnarounds and visually impactful edits for public outreach Requirements: Graduate in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related field 5+ years of professional video editing experience (govt/PSU experience is a plus) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator Strong sense of storytelling, transitions, and visual rhythm Show more Show less
