Job Description: Video Editing Intern

Location: Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities:

• Produce videos based on provided scripts.
• Refine and enhance raw footage to create polished and captivating video content for a variety of projects, including social media posts, leadership videos and interviews.
• Collaborate closely with team members, such as designers and marketing experts, to contribute to video development and execution.
• Edit and synchronize audio tracks with video content, ensuring clear and high-quality sound.
• Apply suitable visual effects, transitions, and animations to elevate the storytelling and aesthetic appeal of video content.
• Perform basic colour correction and grading to maintain consistent visual quality across all videos.
• Organize and manage video files, including raw footage, final assets, source files, and supporting materials, ensuring easy access and version control.
• Review and meticulously proofread video content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines before submission for approval or publication.
• Incorporate input from team members and clients to enhance and refine video content as necessary.
• Create GIF animations for social media as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. film, media production, communication, or a related field).
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Instagram video editing apps is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A strong passion for video production and a desire to learn and improve skills.
• A portfolio of past video editing work.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
