Employee Benefits Sales – Manager/Sr. Manager/VP/SVP | Insurance Broking


lead and grow the Employee Benefits (EB)


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of Employee Benefits across regions
  • Acquire new corporate clients and manage strategic relationships
  • Lead and mentor regional sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless delivery and renewals
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and product innovations


🔹 Requirements:

  • 8–18 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, preferably in EB or insurance broking
  • Strong understanding of EB products and client needs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage enterprise relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
