What Youll Do
Lead our efforts in the discovery of natural product-derived bioactive compounds. Mentor and manage a team of scientists in establishing and validating biological evaluation (in vivo in vitro).Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure timely delivery of pipeline milestones.Were Looking ForPhD with a minimum of 12 years experience in drug discovery research within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience managing drug discovery projects in multiple therapeutic areas, with a preference for mental health indications.
