Are you a strategic leader with a strong technical foundation in servo systems and industrial automation?

What Youll Do

Own the divisions P&L, strategic direction, and execution

Drive market expansion, GTM strategies, and sales excellence

Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, sales, and operations

Foster partnerships with OEMs, automation integrators, and tech partners

Monitor trends in servo, motion, and automation to guide product innovation

Represent the company at key industry events and forums

Required Sales experience in Servo Industry .

What Were Looking For

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

815 years in servo drives, motors, or automation sectors

Proven success managing business units or P&L ownership

Servo Stabilizer

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills
