Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Vertex BD Detailer for LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing). The Vertex BD Detailer will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings using Vertex BD software, creating accurate 3D models, and coordinating with the design and engineering teams. The role also involves reviewing and modifying designs to meet client requirements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience using Vertex BD software and proficiency in creating detailed architectural and structural drawings
• Familiarity with Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) and knowledge of prefabricated steel structures
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with design and engineering teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to review and modify designs to meet client requirements
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
