Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream)
• Age: 30 years or above
• Experience: Prior team handling or coordination experience preferred (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the exam venue.
• Ensure smooth, fair, and timely execution of exams as per company protocol.
• Coordinate with invigilators and support staff to ensure all duties are performed efficiently.
• Act as the center head and be the primary point of contact for any exam-related queries or issues.
• Maintain discipline and compliance with exam guidelines throughout the exam period.
• Submit timely reports and updates to the central team.
