Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Lead vendor strategy, sourcing, and selection for managed services providers, focusing on Google's Learning Services.
Develop scalable, cost-effective operating models and service capabilities for both time-bound projects and ongoing operations.
Act as a trusted advisor, managing relationships with Learning and Training Business teams and cross-functional Google teams.
Drive supplier performance through governance and performance measurement, ensuring service quality and value addition.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including executive stakeholder management and IT technical implementations.
8 years of experience in consulting, vendor or partner management, and negotiating agreements.
3 years of experience in a leadership role.
