Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and deployment of EVPN-VXLAN, L3VPN, and IP/MPLS-based network solutions in customer environments Design and document High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for data center , core, and edge networks Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide hands-on support during integration, migration, and post-deployment phases Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues across multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) Deliver knowledge transfer sessions, operational handover, and detailed documentation Work with internal teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Support to influence product direction and ensure customer success Stay current with networking trends, protocols, and vendor certifications to maintain technical leadership Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering, or a related field 5 8 years of hands-on experience in networking with a strong focus on Data Center technologies, including at least 2 3 years in a Professional Services or Customer-Facing Deployment role Strong expertise in routing protocols and technologies: BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS (L2/L3 VPN), EVPN, VXLAN Experience in troubleshooting L1/L2 issues Proven ability to create and present HLD and LLD documentation for complex network solutions Hands-on experience with network devices from Cisco, Juniper, and Arista Familiarity with tools like tcpdump , Wireshark, Ixia, terminal servers, and network PDUs , DHCP/ ZTP ( Zero Touch provisioning) , Ansible and REST APIs Networking certifications (CCIE, JNCIE) are preferred Strong customer engagement skills with excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive compensation packages including equity Medical Insurance Parental Leave
