User Researcher

As a User Researcher at our company located in HSR Layout, Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging deep insights into user behavior to enhance our product experience. With a focus on understanding user behavior, collecting actionable feedback, and translating data into meaningful product enhancements, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather feedback and expectations on the product and its user experience. By comprehensively understanding the end-to-end flow of the product, you will identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Tech, and Ops, as well as external stakeholders, will be essential for research coordination and sharing insights. You will design, execute, and analyze user surveys, usability tests, interviews, and field studies to gather insights. Utilizing tools like SQL for quantitative data analysis, you will derive valuable insights into product usage and user behavior. Your ability to present research findings clearly and persuasively will be key in influencing product decisions and strategy. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field, with a preference for a Tech degree. You should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience in user research, product analysis, UX research, or related roles. Proficiency in SQL, strong analytical skills, and expertise in user research methodologies are required. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for successful performance in this role.
