User Researcher

The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - At least 1 year of practical experience in user research, preferably in a dynamic and product-oriented setting. - Proficiency in qualitative research techniques such as interviews, usability testing, and diary studies. - Familiarity with concepts like Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD), usability heuristics, and product discovery frameworks. - Comfort with tools like Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, and Miro/FigJam for research purposes. - Ability to present research findings effectively through presentations, storytelling, and visual aids. - A passion for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that directly influence product and design strategies.
