User Researcher

As a User Researcher, you will be utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Your primary role will involve collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure user-centric decisions are made to enhance user experience, drive product innovation, and align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing research studies in collaboration with stakeholders to identify research objectives and core issues. You will implement various user research methods such as user interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, field observations, and diary studies. Additionally, you will conduct usability testing and A/B testing to evaluate the user experience performance of product prototypes and online functions. You will be responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to extract key user insights, behavior patterns, and pain points. It will be your duty to create research reports, user portraits, and user journey maps to facilitate communication across departments. Furthermore, you will convert complex data into clear conclusions and product recommendations. In your role, you will support product and design collaboration by participating in user research activities from the conceptualization stage to product iteration. You will provide optimization suggestions for UX/UI design elements and ensure that product solutions meet user expectations. Additionally, you will contribute to establishing a user research process and maintaining a knowledge base within the organization. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in fields such as psychology, anthropology, sociology, design, statistics, or human-computer interaction. A Master's degree is preferred. You must be proficient in various user research methods and tools such as Lookback, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role. Ideally, you should have over 2 years of experience in user research or UX research, with a preference for experience in B2C, B2B products, SaaS platforms, or mobile applications. Familiarity with embedded research in agile development environments would be advantageous.
