We are seeking a highly motivated Content Research UX Intern with strong research abilities, a solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and excellent command of the English language. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging deep into content trends, child behaviour, and cultural insights to help create engaging, child-friendly content and interaction experiences.
You will collaborate closely with our content, interaction, and product teams to ensure that every experience is not only creative and engaging but also grounded in research, user insights, and global trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on child-centric content trends, learning platforms, storytelling styles and UX best practices for interactive, AI-driven experiences. This includes studying global and regional themes, user behaviour patterns, cultural references, and benchmarking competitors, apps, and educational tools to identify new content opportunities and user experience improvements.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for the product, content and interaction teams.
- Use AI tools to generate interaction experiences.
- Assist in developing interactive journey maps, or UX documentation as required.
- Contribute to content ideation sessions by providing researched trends, themes, and linguistic insights.
Requirements:
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, interaction design, and user behaviour, preferably for child-friendly products or AI-driven experiences.
- Interest or experience in prompt engineering, conversational AI, or designing playful, interactive experiences.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and generative AI platforms like ChatGPT or similar.
- Ability to contribute to developing interactive journey maps and visualising user interactions across different scenarios, with basic knowledge of using tools like Figma, Draw.io, Lucidchart or similar platforms to map user flows and interaction experiences.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on age-appropriate, engaging communication for children.
- Organised, detail-oriented, with strong documentation habits and time management skills.
- Creative, curious, and eager to explore trends in child development, technology, and storytelling.

Educational Qualification Requirement:
- Candidates with a Master s or Bachelor s degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, or related fields such as UX Design are eligible.
- Freshers with equivalent qualifications such as a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Interaction Design, Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in User Experience Design / UX Design, Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Communication Design, B.A., B.Sc., BMM, may also apply.
