User Experience Designer

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at SecNinjaz Technologies LLP in New Delhi. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless, intuitive, and delightful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to transform requirements into functional, innovative, and visually appealing interactive designs that align with user satisfaction and business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the client's product vision to life through research, sketching, prototyping, and user testing. Additionally, you will design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and interfaces, while identifying design issues and proposing elegant solutions. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong proficiency in creating visually compelling and user-centered designs. You should have solid experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, along with a deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to conduct and analyze user research and exhibit strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. In terms of tools and technologies, you should be proficient in using wireframing & ideation tools such as Draw.io, Miro, and Balsamiq, as well as UI design platforms like Figma, Penpot, and Sketch. Experience with developer handoff tools like Zeplin and Mockplus is also desired to streamline the design-to-development process. Mandatory requirements for this role include a portfolio showcasing your work, a minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience on mobile and web platforms, and a preference for candidates with experience in designing complex solutions for digital environments. Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and others is a must, along with basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills. You should have the ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design user experiences that meet their needs and vision, as well as a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles. Efficient iteration of designs and solutions is a key aspect of this role, requiring intelligence and attention to detail in the design process.,
