Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Source candidates for C2C and full-time roles, particularly with implementation partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, US tax terms, and visa classifications.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience

    in US IT staffing.
  • Prior experience working with

    implementation partners

    like HCL, TCS, Wipro, etc.
  • Proven track record in

    C2C and full-time recruitment

    .
  • Solid technical understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)

    and

    visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)

    .
  • Excellent

    communication skills

    and a proactive approach to recruiting.
