We are looking US IT Recruiter
Location - Noida Sector 62Company - Mckinsol TechnologiesTiming - 6:30pm to 3:30am (U.S Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, C2C, and other job boards to fill open positions.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and placement rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of US market trends and regulations (W2/1099).
Proficiency in using tools like Dice, C2C platforms for sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with clients effectively.
