We're Hiring: US IT Recruiter | Noida, Sector 62 | Onsite Role: US IT Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite role) Experience: 2+ years Company - Mckinsol Technologies Roles and Responsibilities Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their fit for open positions. Source top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results. Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure performance against targets. Desired Candidate Profile 2 - 7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2/C2C). Strong understanding of US Recruitment processes and regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
