Were looking for a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our growing team at McKinsol Technologies Role: US IT Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite role) Experience: 2+ years in US IT Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc. to fill IT positions. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high levels of communication with both clients and candidates. Ensure timely delivery of results by meeting deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment (C2C/Dice/1099 Recruitment). Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and certifications. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate management. Ability to work independently from home office environment.
