Siri InfoSolutions is seeking experienced US Healthcare Recruiters to oversee the end to end recruitment process for roles such as RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Physicians, and Travel Nurses.
Work closely with direct clinical/healthcare clients understand requirements and fulfill them via:
Achieve high-volume hiring goals, ensuring candidate quality and compliance.
Maintain and leverage tools/ATS for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Ensure understanding of U.S. healthcare staffing terms, VMS/MSP models, and employment regulations
