What you will do Own the talent hunt Search, screen, and present qualified clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, Health eCareers, hospital career sites, and your referral network. Partner with hiring managers – Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep everyone informed. Ensure compliance – Verify licenses, credentials, immigration status (H-1B, TN, OPT, etc.), and background documents before submission. Negotiate & close – Discuss pay rates and employment terms clearly and confidently with each candidate. Build pipelines – Maintain an up-to-date database and nurture passive talent for future needs. What you bring Proven success recruiting nurses, allied health, or healthcare IT/support talent for U.S. clients. Solid grasp of U.S. work visas and employment laws. Clear, confident English—spoken and written. Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with all educational and prior-employment documents in order. Boolean search fluency, cold-calling energy, and the discipline to thrive in a fast, metrics-driven environment. Team spirit, punctuality, and a constant learner’s mindset. Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
