Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Advertising Agency in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. You will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing financial records and transactions for advertising campaigns
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Assist in financial reporting and analysis
Maintain accurate financial documentation and files
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information
Handle queries related to finance from internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an advertising agency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
