Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will act as the senior point of contact for managing ongoing client relationships while identifying and closing new business opportunities. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, communication expertise, and agency experience to support client growth and internal business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the brand custodian for assigned clients and maintain consistent engagement
  • Lead and manage day-to-day interactions with existing clients
  • Identify specific business problems and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities and lead pitch processes
  • Collaborate with planning, creative, and delivery teams for integrated campaigns
  • Accountable for revenue growth and achieving business development targets
  • Establish and grow strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with the Branch Head to drive strategic initiatives and business planning
