Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage centralized communication channels across designated branches.
• Classify and track inquiries to ensure timely responses from assigned personnel.
• Log and maintain detailed records in structured MIS formats (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders via WhatsApp for timely escalations and updates.
• Compile daily profitability and sales reports of allocated branches.
• Analyze financial data and flag abnormal profit trends (low/high margins) to the Reporting
Manager.
• Prepare summary reports to assist decision-making and performance reviews.
• Support in maintaining consistent operational oversight across cross-functional teams.

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS, operations monitoring, or data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for MIS reporting
• Strong data interpretation and analytical ability for financial and performance tracking.
• Clear and professional communication skills, especially for reporting and escalation.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective prioritization.
• Exposure to sales or travel operations data preferred.
• Self-driven with strong time management and follow-up discipline.
