• Managing End to End Hiring for positions for various locations in India & Africa across all Branches • Working on various positions across multiple functions (Operations, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounts etc) • Sourcing CVs through various Internal / External Sources. • Working on various Job Sites, Social Media & Professional Networking Sites for identifying candidates for various roles. • Scheduling line ups and interviews with the various functional managers or hiring managers based on their requirement. • Coordination with Managers, HODs & various Internal Stakeholders for Interviews & feedback. • Negotiating Salaries with Candidates & On-boarding their Joining. • Maintaining Recruitment Tracker/MIS. • Responsible for achieving Hiring Target. • Participating with HRBP for conducting HR Interviews. • Developing a network & Talent Pool for filling upcoming positions.
