Participate in RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives, providing architectural input and innovation ideas. Integrate UiPath bots with external systems via APIs and databases. Monitor bot performance and maintain automation solutions post-deployment. 6+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development. Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, REFramework, and Orchestrator. Experience with attended/unattended bots, queue management, and exception handling. Proficient in VB.NET, C#, or Python (for scripting in automation workflows). Experience integrating bots with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, etc. UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities. Nice to Have: Exposure to AI/ML, OCR tools like ABBYY, Document Understanding in UiPath.
