As a UI/UX Designer at 7N, you will utilize your proven experience and skills to create intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. You will also conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs. Participation in design reviews, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies are essential to continuously improve design practices. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar is required, along with familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards is necessary. You should also possess the ability to create detailed design documentation and specifications, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
