Job Title: Senior UX Designer | Senior Digital Product Designer Location: Noida, India Experience: 6+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: Apply user-centered design methodologies from ideation to validation, ensuring deliverables align with brand and experience guidelines. Develop user journeys, workflows, wireframes (with xAPI and content strategy in mind), interactive prototypes, and design documentation in collaboration with UI engineering teams. Ensure all designs follow the Extreme Design System (EDS) , maintaining consistency in taxonomy, accessibility (a11y), and content strategy. Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams. Drive the evolution and governance of design standards, including EDS, the pattern library, and usability best practices. Blend generative and traditional design methodologies to support Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) frameworks and persona development. Lead and participate in design thinking workshops, design critiques, and iterative review sessions to continuously refine product experiences. Required Skills & Experience: Mini. 6 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on Digital Product Design . Proficiency in Design Tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and related prototyping platforms . Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, interaction design, accessibility, and information architecture . Solid experience working within and contributing to a design system in a product organization. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams. Strong collaborative skills and experience working in Agile or Lean product environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
