UI UX Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Pune. As a UI/UX Designer at Intelisync, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing visual layouts, producing design mockups, and collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless user experience. Additionally, you will conduct user research, testing, and refine designs based on feedback while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals. To excel in this role, you should have User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design skills with a strong visual design and mockup production background. Experience with Front-End Development is essential, along with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar is expected. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in the blockchain or tech industry would be a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.,
