We are seeking a dynamic and driven eCommerce Sales Executive to lead our toys category sales across online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategies to maximize revenue, improve product visibility, and enhance the customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage listings, pricing, and promotions across key eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, own D2C website) Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent stockouts or overstocking Analyze sales data and consumer trends to optimize product performance and drive growth Collaborate with digital marketing and content teams to improve product discoverability and conversion rates Plan and execute campaigns aligned with seasonality and market demand Build strong relationships with eCommerce platform account managers and support teams Handle day-to-day operations including order processing, returns, and customer escalations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce sales, preferably in toys, retail, or FMCG Solid knowledge of online marketplaces and seller platforms Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and eCommerce analytics tools Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills Preferred: Experience working with kids’ products or toy brands Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and consumer behavior online
