Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a fast and detail-oriented Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, strong accuracy, and a good command of English. A key part of this role also involves managing professional email communication, so familiarity with email systems and fast email response handling is essential. Key Responsibilities: Type and format documents from handwritten notes, audio files, or digital sources. Proofread and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors in typed material. Draft and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Manage and organize email communication efficiently. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data and correspondence. Ensure timely delivery of assigned typing and email-related tasks. Support the team with document preparation, formatting, and email coordination. Requirements: Proven experience as a typist or in a similar data entry/clerical role. Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40–60 WPM preferred). Good command over professional email communication with fast response speed. Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook). Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in typing or clerical work is a plus.
