Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related equivalent experience considered Proven understanding, with practical support experience of fundamental networking technologies3-5 years of proven development/programming/coding experience o Technology Stack: .Net Framework, C#, Web Services, SQL, Shell Scripting, Python, o Service Now – (Equivalent of our Citizen Developer) o Automation Flows and Development experience a must o Experience working in DevOps environment Proven problem/incident management and troubleshooting experience within a technology operations environment. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with ability to collect and present meaningful system statistics and other metrics. Understanding of Infrastructure cabling, firewalls, load balancer’s, switches, routers, and SDWAN technologies Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously with great attention to detail, urgency, focus and discipline. Confident and comfortable taking the lead during troubleshooting or recovery scenarios.Experience provisioning and maintaining network technology hardware and software.Knowledge in Cloud-based Network Security technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Network Security technologies experience in several of the following areas: o F5 Experience in the following: LTM; GTM; APM; and ASM o Palo Alto Firewall experience. o DNS/DHCP/IP Management – troubleshooting experience. Network Connectivity technologies experience in several of the following areas: o WAN/LAN Routing and Switching IOS XE (non-SD WAN), SD WAN, LAN/Campus Switching, Data Center Switching o Cisco Wireless - Prime - Catalyst Center (DNA Center) o Route/Switching Protocols BGP – OSPF - EIGRP - Tunneling DMVPN - GRE – IPSEC o Cloud Compute AWS – Azure Experience with Automation (Ex.: Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins,XSOAR) Experience using Service Now for Incident/Change/Problem Management. Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Broad knowledge in some of these additional networking areas: SASE, Proxy, AWS, Azure, ACI, Meraki, SDWAN, ISE and Cisco wireless technologies Conceptual knowledge in some of the following IT areas: servers, database, web hosting, capacity planning, and performance analysis, Virtualized systems, Containers, etc. Strong communication and organizational skills.
