Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Travel Sales Consultant at Vivanta Holidays. The role is on-site and located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, creating customized travel itineraries, booking travel arrangements, and providing customer support throughout the travel experience. In addition, the consultant will manage sales processes, achieve sales targets, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Travel Planning and Travel Itinerary Creation
• Proficiency in Booking Travel Arrangements and using travel booking software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and support
