Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultant to support our USA and Canada-based clients. In this role, you'll use your expertise in Amadeus and knowledge of global travel to provide personalized travel solutions, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Assist USA and Canada clients with booking flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages.
• Sales & Amadeus Expertise: Use Amadeus software to manage bookings and reservations. Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling travel services.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional support, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and special offers to provide competitive recommendations.
• Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with clients and travel partners.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in travel.
• Proficiency in Amadeus or similar GDS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of international travel, especially for USA and Canada clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
