Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Planning Specialist located in Khar West Mumbai.

The Travel Planning Specialist will be responsible for creating tailor-made travel itineraries, coordinating with clients and travel vendors, handling customer service inquiries, and providing travel-related advice. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing trips, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Planning capabilities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to Multi Task is essential
• Basic knowledge of Finance / Excel related to travel planning
• Experience in travel industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Canva is essential
• Experience in using AI
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients
