Job Description

Conduct training need analysis across all levels of restaurant operations.
Continuously evaluate and improve training materials, manuals, and delivery methods.
Develop leadership and skill development modules for supervisors and managerial roles.
Ensure all staff are trained on menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and guest experience standards.
Monitor training effectiveness and performance improvements through feedback and performance metrics.
Coordinate with restaurant managers to ensure consistent implementation across all outlets.
Stay updated on F&B trends, compliance regulations, and best practices.
Should have 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably with exposure to training functions.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, kitchen processes, food safety, and customer service standards.
Ability to work across departments and lead group training sessions effectively.
