Training And Development Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Training and Development Intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, giving you exposure to the full cycle of employee development.

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and e-learning modules
  
• Create visually engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations to support training sessions and workshops
  
• Conduct research on industry best practices, training methodologies, and learning tools to support program development
  
• Support the creation of microlearning content, quizzes, and assessments for internal use
  
• Collaborate with team members to structure and storyboard training modules in line with learning objectives
  
• Assist in organizing training schedules, maintaining content libraries, and tracking material updates
  
• Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve future content and delivery
  
• Stay updated on new trends in Learning & Development, and suggest ideas for content enhancement and innovation

Who You Are:

• A student or recent graduate in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  
• Strong in research, content creation, and visual storytelling (PPTs)
  
• Detail-oriented with good communication and organizational skills
  
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about L&D
