Acquisition of large CSR projects and large corporate training Centre of Excellence projects. 6. Lead and develop and initiate corporate and industry sustainability programs, including data analysis and performance monitoring, to drive continuous improvement. 7. Establish partnerships with learning institutions, secure CSR funding from Indian entities, and collaborate with government bodies. 8. Conceptualize and execute both short-term and long-term sales offering for the training vertical, with a focus on expanding market share and increasing penetration in key regional markets. 9. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, requirements and challenges, recommending tailored training solutions that deliver measurable value. 10. Partnering with the marquee clients to enhance their workforces skill development. Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidates need to have exposure in B2B workforce skill development and CSR initiatives. 2. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership qualities or prior experience in leading team. 3. Have a proven track record in skill business acquisition and possess experience in P&L management for the sales function 4. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the same domain is required. 5. MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Rural Management/ CSR/ Environmental science/ Social Work. 6. English, Hindi and at least one South Indian language is preferred.

Role & responsibilities 1. Training Program Development & Delivery Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs based on identified needs. Focus areas include: Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, 7QC Tools, FMEA, Control Charts, Cp & Cpk) Lean Manufacturing Tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) Gage R & R, PM Analysis, and problem-solving techniques Basic mechanical engineering concepts relevant to manufacturing 2. Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions using a mix of classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning methods. 3. Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post- training performance improvements. 4. Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to support individual development and workplace performance. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, HR teams, and operational leaders to ensure training is aligned with business goals. 6. Training Material Development: Prepare and customize training materials, including presentations, handbooks, worksheets, and SOPs. 7. Training Data Management: Maintain detailed records of all training activities, attendance, assessments, and feedback for continuous improvement. 8. Mechanical Training Expertise: Conduct training sessions on fundamental mechanical engineering concepts to upskill plant workforce where necessary. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 9-10 years in the Manufacturing domain At least 5-6 years of experience in technical training and capability building Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred candidate profile The SME should be from a maintenance/ operations background. He should know the machinery used in industry. Having training experience is preferred, but not essential. He should either prepare the content or help us by providing the information. Good if can conduct online sessions

Role Criteria The candidate should be BE/Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics stream with at least 5 to 8 years of Exposure working in industry with Mechatronics and Electronics domain The incumbent should be well versed with advanced versions PLC of multiple make, Scada, Pneumatics, Electro pneumatics & control panel wiring Should have exposure or should be ready to develop content/Curriculum in said domain and deliver at client place as on when required. Incumbent should have exposure & aptitude for Teaching/Training/L&D in Electronics/Mechatronics domain Should posses good written & verbal communication & Should possess sound knowledge in Ms Office package Should be open for travelling based on company or client requirement Proficiency in Kannada & Tamil is preferred.
