Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Manager of Training at Kauvery Hospital. The Manager of Training will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for medical and non-medical staff, facilitating workshops, assessing training needs, and coordinating with department heads to ensure comprehensive training initiatives. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing training programs Strong facilitation and presentation skills Ability to assess training needs and provide effective solutions Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in adult and pediatric trauma care is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field Show more Show less
