Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer in the Automobile sector, located in Noida. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing and updating curriculum, managing training materials, and ensuring trainees gain hands-on experience. The role also involves evaluating trainee performance, providing feedback, and coordinating with other departments to align training programs with industry standards.

• Expertise in Automobile Mechanics and Maintenance
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to use training software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to evaluate and assess trainee performance effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and practical experience in the automobile industry
• Prior experience in a training role is a plus
