To ensure that quality and environment policy is well understood, implemented and maintained in his office as well as depots and regional offices. To propagate awareness about safety, health and environment among dealers and customers. Implementation of TS Procedures of the division Equip and guide support team ( RF Exchange, FA, Service etc) to facilitate the sales team. Ensure effective coverage of Red/yellow/Green tehsils Ensuring implementation of CSF and TE20 projects Support New Product Development by Market Intelligence, Surveys, providing market brief and periodic customer feedback. Dealer appointments and ensuring adequate coverage in the region. Managing dealership health and co-orindtaing the service efforts in his region. Identifying the training needs of his subordinates.
