Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our organization as the Head of Sales & Marketing with a specific focus on the USA Market, including the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role requires expertise in the segments of Data Center, OEMs, and Channel Partner relationships. Will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Electrical and Electronics sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. International Sales Support: • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential international markets, customers, and sales opportunities. • Support the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align international sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Foster communication and collaboration across departments to ensure effective coordination and execution of international sales initiatives. Qualifications: • Diploma/BE/B.tech/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 5+years of experience in international sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with international customers and partners. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international business practices and customs. • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
